Come and try our exciting fitness classes, see below for days and times.


It can be hard to motivate yourself to work through your own exercise programme.  You may feel lethargic or uninspired to train.  This is where a group exercise session can really help you achieve more than a workout on your own.  Our classes are by qualified, enthusiastic and friendly instructors.  They deliver the workouts in a safe and structured way.

Class Descriptions

Abs, Back & Core This class focuses on toning the stomach whilst strengthening the lower back.
Beginners Circuits This beginners class is specially designed to introduce you to Circuits environment but at a slightly gentler pace.  
Circuits Circuits designed to cover both cardio and resistance exercises to get you fit all over.  
50+ Mornings These classes are specifically aimed at the 50+ age group. With 45 minutes of aerobics and a choice of badminton, table tennis, tennis or use of the gym.  
Legs, Bums & Tums (lbt) This very popular class focuses on toning and conditioning the legs, bums, and arms with this addition of some cardio exercises to whip you into shape! Great for all abilities.  
Stretch 30 min of total body stretching a good way to finish your evening workouts  
Spin & Pump A beginners resistance based class to introduce you to spin and incorporating resistance training  
Core, Back & Relax

This floor based work out will improve core strength & stability, flexibility and strengthen the lower back decreasing discomfort whilst help with breathing and focus. All abilities welcome!

Total Body Conditioning

This full body workout uses weights and body weight to sculpt your body, improve muscular endurance and mental wellbeing. All abilities welcome!

Vibe Cycle 'Dont just ride, feel the vibe!' Cycling on our spin bikes to the beat of the music. A highly motivating class using choreographed movements for all abilities.
Running Club If you’re looking for some motivation and want to develop your running, this is just for you! 
Studio Cycling Cycling to music on our spin bikes using choreographed movements and routines to burn lots of calories and develop your cardio fitness.
Zumba Party yourself into shape with this high energy easy to follow fitness class. Suitable for all abilities.

A mix of yoga fundamentals incorporating breathing, posture and relaxation, similar to Hatha but based on a more traditional Indian Style.  


Are you in need of an express workout? Come along to these directed training sessions for a high intensity workout tailored to your needs consisting of 20 minutes of cardio exercises and 20 minutes of resistance exercises using a variety of different training methods! Suitable for all. 

Fitness Pilates

The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances through Pilates based exercises to increase muscular balance and strength, improve posture and improve core and back strength.
